Claudette’s chef combines classic Provençal cuisine with spicy North African accents. For starters, festive trios of skewered lamb served with yogurt and arugula set just the right tone. A sumptuous lamb shank with lentils, large enough to share, was dramatically presented in a high-top classic Tagine. Noise level, mid-week, is acceptable. Diners included Linda Jacobs, who organized our group, Jane Lucas, Craig Kuehl, and Jane McCarthy.
