We will begin our monthly meetings this fall on the evening of Wednesday, September 6 at 6:00 PM. N2N director and Geriatric Physical Therapist, Lonnie Stewart, will speak on essential exercises for older adults to reduce pain, maintain mobility, and reduce the risk of falling.
While we have a spot for this first meeting (see the Events calendar), we are still on the lookout for a consistent neighborhood host.
We wish to thank Arlene Peralta, Senior Director of Community Engagement at NYU, for helping us to secure this space for the first meeting. We will be working with her and Bill Pfeiffer, Director of Civic Engagement at NYU, and Lisa Kail, Assist. Director of Civic Engagement, to find meeting places throughout the year. We are so grateful for their assistance.

For those of you new to N2N, we hold our traditional monthly lecture series and general meetings on the first Wednesday of each month at 6:00 PM unless otherwise announced.
